40 new books are now available on North Carolina Scholarship Online (NCSO), adding to the History, Music, Religion, and Society and Culture modules.
These books cover a diverse range of subjects, from ideas of using empathy to make a difference when racially navigating society to concepts of religious freedom being continually reinvented through vibrant national discourse, and from how a group of affluent white women from the late-nineteenth century advanced the status of all women through acts of philanthropy to the role played by the devil figure within an evolving blues tradition.
